Any customer that spends $1000 or more at Saan Saan annually automatically becomes a Saan Saan member. Even if we don't carry it, we'll try to find it for you! Back Ordered Items Many of Saan Saan's items are one-of-a kind. If there is something that you want and it's been sold or not on the website anymore, please contact us and we will try to get it for you. Please keep in mind that because we are a specialty boutique, we carry a limited number of items per design so that you never end up looking like everyone else! However, if you are in love with something and have to have it - just contact us and we will try our best to get it for you! Your online credit card transactions are secure at Saan Saan. We will NEVER sell, rent, or share your information with others. Your personal information (including, but not limited to, name, billing address, phone number, email address, and credit card information) will only be used as necessary to fulfill your order. We do not share or sell any of your personal information with outside parties. You may receive our newsletter from time to time, but no more often than twice per month. Please feel free to opt out at any time. Returns and Exchanges At Saan Saan, we guarantee that all items we sell are the highest quality and hope that every customer will be completely satisfied with their purchase. However, we realize that returns are sometimes unavoidable. We will be happy to exchange or issue store credit on all full priced items that is unworn, unused and in perfect condition with the original tags attached within 14 days of receipt of purchase with original packing and invoice. Please note that accessories, handbags, special orders and sale items are final sales. Items returned after 14 days will only be for store credit and subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Saan Saan reserves the right to deny credit if, upon receipt, the returned merchandise does not meet company return policy requirements. All shipping costs will be refunded if due to defective workmanship. Unfortunately, we cannot cover shipping costs on any other type of return. All returned items must have a Return Authorization No (RA#) or will not be accepted. Please contact us at 212.253.6813 or by e-mail at returns@saansaan.com for a RA #. Please note that all exchanges and/or store credits cannot be processed until we have received your merchandise. We encourage using UPS or USPS insured for proof of delivery. Shipping costs for returns is the responsibility of the customer. We will process returns within 2-3 business days of receipt of your package. Ordering Info Payment For online orders, we accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express). If you are paying by a money order and your payment is not received within 10 days, we will assume that you no longer wish to proceed with your order. Your order will be cancelled and the item(s) will be restocked. Shipping and handling Orders placed between Monday-Friday before 1pm EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1pm EST will begin processing on the next business day and will ship within 48 hours. Saan Saan will contact you by e-mail if the item that you ordered is not in stock. Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays. We use UPS and Federal Express for delivery, and therefore are not able to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, and PO Boxes. Shipments handled by UPS will have a tracking number, which will be sent to you via email. For anyone within the continental United States, shipping and handling charges will be $10.00 for standard ground delivery (approximately 5-7 business days), and $20.00 for Express delivery (approximately 2-3 business days). Please contact us directly if you need an item immediately. We will do our best to accommodate you. All orders over $250 will receive FREE standard shipping.
